A few weekends ago I had the privilege to create this little black white an gold masterpiece for someone one VERY special. 65 years of anything is definitely a reason to celebrate with cake.

The cake itself consist of moist layers of chocolate cake iced with savory butter cream icing. Black and white stripes are made of fondant all accented with a beautiful single sugar rose and gold BLING cake topper.
